Sub : Annual Conference of the BUS on the 9th April 2011.

Dear members,
                       The annual conference of the Bengal Urological Society will be held this year on the 9th April 2011. The venue & the programmes will be informed to you later.
                       We shall be having elections this year for the following posts:
                       1)President Elect                             1
                       2) Secretary                                   1 
                       3)Executive body members                8
                       Members are requested to fill the nomination forms and submit them to the Secretary, BUS, within 5th April 2011. Voting will be held during the conference.
                       All members are requested to send papers for the ‘Free paper session’ of the conference. The following guidelines are to be maintained:

1. author must be a member of the BUS.
2. Papers should be sent in duplicate.
3. Time of presentation------ 8 minutes.

                        Kindly plan your schedule so that you spare this day positively to attend the conference. You must also attend the ‘ Presidents dinner’ in the evening with your spouse and family.
